Our general policy is that YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.

However, in a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, you can contact us for any issue (346) 380-2592. 

Mellys Apostille Services policy regarding a refund/cancellation is that once a job is booked and paid for no refunds are issued. Only extraordinary circumstances will a refund be processed but remain at the discretion of the company. If a refund is issued, we will use the payment method used for the initial purchase. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
